My AC went out and needed someone fast. I called Sub Zero and Austin responded within the hour. He was very personable and professional. I’ve had experience with some of the other HVAC companies in Cabot and was not impressed. If you need good quality work, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company.

They were so responsive and flexible with my busy work schedule. The technician took the time to work with as my home warranty to ensure that my HVAC got repaired, thanks a million! They came in to do the job in no time and I was very satisfied in my entire interaction with them!

These guys are true professionals. I called four other AC service companies, Sub Zero is the only one company that called back and showed up when they said they would. I highly recommend this company.

After two other companies quit without properly repairing my AC, I was referred by a friend to Sub Zero. They went above and beyond to get my air conditioning working. My units are old and not easy to work on. Austin and team worked well after my allotted time slot to ensure I could be cool in the august Arkansas heat. Due to the age of my units, they will inevitably have to be replaced soon. Sub Zero is the one and only company I will call to purchase and install the new units.

Showed up at the beginning of the recommended time frame. Very professional. Courteous, knowledgeable, knew what he was doing, worked quickly. Resolved the problem and left the work area completely clean. Would highly recommend.
